We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and:

• Undershirts: unworn, unwashed, with tags, in the original packaging.
• Socks: unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging.
• Underwear (briefs, trunks, boxer briefs) and bras: for hygiene reasons, only unopened in the original packaging.
• All other items: unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging.
• Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page, and gift cards, cannot be returned.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items bought with a promotion

Items bought with a discount or promotion, including Buy One Get One, can be returned under the rules above. The refund is the price you actually paid for the item. If you return only part of a promotion and keep the rest, the items you keep are charged at their regular price and the difference is deducted from your refund.

How to start a return

Contact us at info@bambooven.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to: 100 Seasons Glen Dr, Morris Plains, NJ 07950. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This applies to every item, including underwear, socks and Final Sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
